Kitagawa Mimi & Ibu Himuro Are “Independent Artist of the Year 2010″ Nominees for Billboard JAPAN

Go all the way to the bottom and press the button, after that you should see a form, fill in the information (I put it in order of when it appeared so it should be easier to fill out):

- Age
- Gender
- Prefecture in Tokyo you are in (I chose at random)
- occupation (I chose student)
- where you found out about Billboard Japan (I chose Twitter)
- your email address (twice for verification)
- do you want to receive emails from billboard japan (I chose no)
- which event you want to be in if you win an award (I chose at random)
- do you agree (something about privacy I chose agree, the first option).

After that you should get a screen with the four categories, choose your nominees in each category, on the 3rd or 4th category look for “北神未海with MM学園 合唱部,氷室衣舞” which is Kitagami Mimi and Ibu Himiru, then just click ok, confirm your information in the 3rd screen and send ^_^
