Yajima Maimi – “Imagine Classic” DVD Preview Released

The DVD digest for Yajima Maimi’s 3rd e-Hello! DVD titled Imagine Classic has been released.

As it has been announced, Maimi is continuing to release her consecutive e-Hello! DVDs, and we finally get to take a look at the 3rd one which has a very interesting title since Imagine Classic somewhat fits Maimi’s image since she is naturally elegant and we never get to see her wear eye-catching clothes, lots of make-up,etc… and the outfit she is wearing in the preview image is also very classic so I’m really happy with how creative and different the titles of her releases are, and the content is even more special from one DVD to another.

Thanks to the image preview and the DVD digest released on C-ute’s YouTube channel, we get to set ourselves in the “theme” of the DVD (since it’s not quite a precise theme…), and from what I see, it seems that they pursued the dancing sequence Maimi did on her 2nd e-Hello! with the song Kiss me Aishiteru, and the noticeable thing is that last time, she danced in slow-motion, but they came up with an original idea for this release too which is having her dressed in 2 different outfits, 5 different hairstyles, and dancing 5 times to the same choreography to the song Uchuu de la Ta ta ta that was lastly put all together as if there was 5 different girls, all being different Maimi characters.

I have to say that I’m really impressed by the effort that was put into this preview and sequence of the DVD since Maimi had to repeat the same dance and exact same movements 5 different times until it was all put together in an astonishing montage (we can see each Maimi’s reflection on the ground), and surprisingly, the 5 “Maimis” are in perfect synchronization most of the time, specially for when they each do a movement at a different time which should have taken a lot of concentration to do, and I won’t hide that I thought at first that those were 5 different people instead of one disguised in 5 outfits.

Overall, I’m really impressed with the originality and uniqueness of this release since it seems like there was a lot of effort from both Maimi and the producers in the DVD, specially matching the title to the content (Imagine for the background that’s unreal and Classic for her outfit) so hopefully all of her fans can pick up a copy to support her and enjoy a original release!
