The full PV for Morning Musume’s “PyokoPyoko Ultra” has been released.
I’ve watched the full PV twice already and I’m not all that pleased with it. The song is cute and so is the PV but other than that there’s nothing else that stands out much about it and that’s a bit disheartening because it’s 10th gen’s debut and there’s no “WOW” factor.
Even with that said I still find some good points of the PV. It’s cute and fits the 10th gen members very well. The second would be the different effect they used on the PV. I’m not sure what the effect would be called but it starts around 2:40. Gaki is in the screen and there’s a few members in the back sprinkling water, then Reina walks across the screen in the front. I find that effect pretty cool because it makes it look like a little play.
The third thing I like they did was near the end, where the dance shot plays and everyone is singing around the screen. I really like that they had Aika “introduce” the screen with the dance shot because it reinforces the fact that she’s part of the group and the ending part where everyone is together is a nice touch because they’re all together for once in the PV.
