An e-Hello! DVD for Sayashi Riho titled RIHO has been announced.
It has been a while since we last saw an E-hello! DVD, but it’s great news that they are still planning to release them since it’s an interesting and fun release for fans who like solo DVDs. Sure, a solo DVD and a PB is always best, but a special release DVD is always a good way to give everyone a small release while we wait.
Riho has had a solo DVD before (a few actually, and a PB) before so I’m somewhat disappointed that another member who hasn’t released one wasn’t chosen, but I’m not that surprised since she is after all among the most popular members of the group and having another DVD release was expected to come sooner or later.
The preview for the DVD follows the same format as most of the other idol DVD previews: piano music, slow motion video, and various scenes of the member smiling at the camera. I wasn’t that impressed by the content, since it’s basically Riho in a school outfit walking around a park, with a short scene at the end of her wearing a sweater with a cute white accessory in her hair.
I’m not that big a fan of releases like this (a PB is much better for me) so that might be why I didn’t pay that much attention, but Riho fans will be very glad to see this release since there are many cute scenes of her smiling at the camera as well as two outfits (so far) that look great on her.
Hopefully everyone interested gets a copy of the release!
