The updated setlist for Hello! Pro Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2012 ~3gatsu no Nama Tamago Show!~ has been released on the official site.
Since the name of the former egg group changed to “trainee,” there has been quite a hype over this talented group of girls. The set list speaks for itself, giving a lot of the newer girls a chance to show what they have learned in training, and giving some of the older girls a big spotlight as well.
At this point, Rie and Karin have been eggs for almost 4 years, with Nanami and Sayubee following a year behind, but the girls after them joined in 2011 and later. With the semi-recent announcement of some new girls, as well as Kosuga Fuyuka returning officially to her spot as a trainee after she was diagnosed with anemia, this specific concert is quite an exciting one.
I happen to be a follower of the trainees and have been for quite a while. It will be interesting, especially, to see some of the newer girls duet before two of the most trained members. Sayubee and Nanami have always been a dream team of mine, with Karin, so I am personally hoping for some sort of DVD release to see them in action together.
I also wondered, when two S/mileage song performances were announced, if some girls that auditioned for S/mileage would take part, and I was somewhat right. aMa no Jaku will be performed by two finalists, and two girls that we know auditioned. That is another performance I will be looking forward to.
I hope that fans in the area are able to attend and those that can go enjoy an amazing show! The setlist is full of variety and is bound to be really fun for everyone.
The event will take place on 3/31 at 15:30 and 18:30.

It seems like Fuyuka will get quite a bit more songs with her replacing the missing members in two songs, with Kaneko taking another song and Takagi getting a solo for the song instead of a duet. It will be interesting to see how the concert will come out, even if there won’t be a DVD.
