An almost 2 minute long preview for Kitahara Sayaka’s 4th single titled Natsu ga Yattekuru has been released.
We only got the announcement of the single a few days back, and I didn’t expect for us to hear a preview so soon since this counts as more than a preview thanks to it’s length, but considering the single should have been well prepared before the airing of the anime’s new season, it is understandable as to why we get to hear it now.
The song is somewhat different from what I expected it to be since the title gave off some happy and energetic vibes while the song is actually an amazing deep and strong song revolving around the theme of summer but in a bittersweet way, and even though we didn’t expect this at all, it’s still an incredible surprise since I was amazed by how Sayaka sounded which shows off how great her voice actually is, controlling it on the high notes and being able to hit the low keys too, and having her sing this type of song makes me really want to hear more from her.
Apart from that, one of the strong points of the song is the instrumental too that starts off at the beginning of the video when the character is still speaking, and I love how deep and measured it is since it adds a bit of variety to her releases now, so hopefully we’ll get to hear the full song soon!
