The title for Ogura Yui’s 1st solo release has been revealed to be Raise.
There will be two versions: Regular and Limited, with the Limited version featuring a DVD with the MV for the single. First Press will feature application tickets for a lottery to attend a BIRTHDAY SPECIAL release event on 8/15.
With the announcement that Yui would have a solo debut it was just a matter of time until we got more details about her 1st solo single, and I’m glad to see that the official site has been updated to let us know more about it. For the most part, it seems like a normal release for a soloist with not that many unique additions. 4 tracks in two editions with the Limited having a DVD and the first press having an application ticket for a special event, all somewhat standard yet a good start for Yui since it will give her a decent beginning to her solo career.
So far we only have two confirmed tracks with the c/w still blank, but since the release date is set for July there is still plenty of time for that to be released, along with a preview of the video as well as covers and the outfit she will wear.
The single is up for pre-order now so I recommend to those who are planning to buy a copy to preorder it now since it seems like a great release for all Yui fans!
The release date is set for 7/18.
