Site: One week of school to go!
Like last week I didn’t get that much of a chance to work on the site this past week (two exams, one presentation), but thankfully normal classes are over and only finals are left, and since I only have two I’ll be able to work on the site regularly for quite some time (most likely until Wednesday). This means that I’ll take that opportunity to work as much as possible on catching up on some posts, finally getting the Links section done, and hopefully working on other improvements since I’ll be busy next weekend with my graduation.
As promised I was going to release two reviews this week, but they had to be delayed a bit due to a report I had to finish, but I’ve already released Gaki’s PB review and S/mileage’s Dot Bikini review is currently being finished so I expect to see it be released in a few hours. As for future review releases there doesn’t seem to be any release next week but I’ll work on a few and have them ready for the following week.
Again, a big thank you to both Ayuchii and ladylibra92 for keeping the site up to date while I was busy, I’m really glad to see that everything has been posted and that they have done an amazing job keeping the site up to date since these last few weeks are the most busy I’ve had in quite some time, thank you!
Updates will resume by tomorrow and I should have most of the site up to date like normal by next week so hopefully everyone is looking forward to that!
Social: 790 followers on Twitter and 794 fans on Facebook, and like every week a big thank you to everyone.
Like mentioned above, normal classes are over and I have a somewhat light final schedule next week so I expect to catch up on everything I’ve missed and get the Twitter up to date since it has been quite some time since I last updated it. School is finally almost over so the site will be my priority and I expect to see quite a lot of improvements done between now and by the time I get a job so that should provide enough time to get everything in order.
Facebook has been the section where we have more activity and I’ll try and match it with the Twitter, so I hope that everyone is looking forward to a more active presence in that area.
Please look forward to the return of frequent Twitter updates, and like always a big thank you to everyone who follows the site, our Twitter account, as well as the Facebook page!
Polls:

The winner for this poll was Tsugunaga Momoko with 360 votes (37%), congratulations Momo! Sayashi Riho came in second with 347 votes (36%), and Sugaya Risako came in third with 268 votes (27%).
There was a total of 975 votes for this poll.
Congratulations Momo!
I expected to see Riho win by a large margin since after all she is among the main singers in Momusu, but surprisingly it seems like Momo took that crown with a close end result. It’s most likely due to her recent surge in promotion since she has been on quite a lot of shows, and thanks to her overly cute character that seems to get most of the attention it seems like she will be following in Sayu’s footsteps and become rather popular.
Risako for some reason continues to be in 3rd and I don’t really see why since she is among the main singers in Berryz. It might be due to somewhat rare appearances on TV and magazines and Berryz slight and steady drop in sales, but hopefully we get to see her rise and win sometime. Other than that it was quite a close result and Riho continues to impress me with her large fan base, which should be helpful as Momusu changes in the next few weeks.
For now good luck to Riho and Risako with their next polls, but congratulations to Momo!
For the next poll it’s Fukumura Mizuki, Iikubo Haruna, and Wada Ayaka and right from the start it seems like Mizuki has somewhat of an advantage since she has won most of her polls. Iikubo is slowly but surely gaining a large following and Wada continues to rise as time goes by, so it will be fun to see how it turns out since there might be a few surprises, mostly because of the trend that Wada has shown with a quite large increase in her vote totals in the last few appearances.
Quick check of the UFA poll results so far!
- Maeda Yuuka
- Fujimoto Miki
- Goto Maki
- Yaguchi Mari
- Abe Natsumi
As expected the most recent graduated member Maeda Yuuka seems to have somewhat of an advantage since she’s up against members that graduated quite some time ago and don’t appear that much in the news, something that helps quite a bit since most of the fans today are probably more familiar with her. The poll is similar to the previous one since 2nd, 3rd, and 4th are all close and Yuuka has a rather large margin over 2nd place, but any small amount of votes could result in a change in position so I look forward to seeing how it turns out.
There’s still another week to go and there will probably be some changes if the vote totals increase, so I hope we can see an exciting and close result for this poll!

Shuukan Hello: It’s time for another Hello! Morning episode!
I spent most of yesterday catching up on rest due to work heavy week, so I didn’t find out about Mitsui graduating until late in the morning today. As a result I wanted to give her a focus since it’s a bit too sudden and since I want to use a Gaki related episode next week this was the only time I could do it, so I found an episode from Hello! Morning where she was appearing for the first time as part of the group.
The subs aren’t all complete since there are a few sections that don’t have them, but I watched it and for the most part the important sections do have subtitles so it should be watchable for many who don’t understand any Japanese. Apart from that it’s a normal Hello! Morning episode with games, skits, and other fun stuff to watch, as well as Aika’s first performance on the show.
Hopefully everyone likes the episode and next week we’ll have one from another series!
