The MV for one half of Morning Musume’s 50th single titled One・Two・Three has been released.
This is probably among the most awaited MVs this year for Momusu fans since it’s one half of Momusu’s milestone 50th single release, and while we got a small taste of the MV a few weeks ago with the dance shot nothing can compare with the full MV and I’m really impressed with how it looks since it’s full of many fun shots, effects, and it’s basically a great MV for a song that shows off Momusu’s new sound and look.
One thing that many might notice at first is the high amount of sparkles in the MV, and I wouldn’t really mind at all if the quality of the video were a bit higher, since it makes it a bit blurry sometimes, especially with the rapid scene changes. That along with a few other effects seemed to affect the MV a bit since it made it too fast paced. Despite that I can see why they went with that theme since the song itself is fast and matches very well with the MV.
As for the MV it has a few shots: dance shot (which we saw a few weeks ago), shots of each member posing, shots of the members singing, as well as others. They each brought something to the MV and made it look even better, and while the rapid change effects made it a bit hard to appreciate the shots well I did like all of them and don’t have any complaints. Sure, the number of shots isn’t that high but in this case they went for quality over quantity and it was a great choice.
The members all looked amazing and I’m glad to see that they each appeared quite a lot of times throughout the video, either singing, posing, or in the dance shot, each member got their fair share of the MV (as fair as possible with Reina and Riho as mains). The main standouts for me would definitely have to be Sayu, Eripon, Mizuki, and Ayumi since they all looked gorgeous. Sayu’s sexy style, Eripon’s equally sexy looks and poses, as well as Mizuki and Ayumi’s smiles and dancing throughout the MV all looked amazing, although every member looked great.
Overall the MV had very high expectations from fans since it’s the 50th release and the song has a different sound compared to other releases, and while I’m only one among the many fans around the world I can say for sure that those expectations were met and exceeded. The shots of each member, effects, and overall shine of the MV make it an amazing video for everyone to enjoy, and while the quality of the video could have been a bit higher I really enjoyed it.
There isn’t much to say about the MV since you have to see it to fully enjoy it, so please check it out!
The release date is set for 7/4.
