The DVD and Blu-ray covers for C-ute’s C-ute Concert Tour 2012 Spring-Summer ~Utsukushitte Gomen ne~ have been released.
The visual concept used for this release was mostly the colorful outfits the girls are wearing on this cover as well as the flashy logo, so I’m not surprised to see them being featured in them, but the design and overall look of this cover is really pleasant thanks to the harmony of the themes and colors used.
The girls are all featured while holding their mic and singing through different areas of the stage, and how impulsive and unique each shot is makes it really eye-catching, and the use of the dominant pink color for the logo as well as the picture’s borders is a very smart move since the outfits the girls are wearing are already plenty colorful, and I love how the logo doesn’t seem to take too much space to allow the members to appear in a better light.
Overall, this cover is among the best I have seen for concert DVD releases lately, so hopefully everyone who watched the concert on YouTube and enjoyed it will reserve a copy of their own!
The release date is set for 8/15.
