A teaser for Morning Musume’s Help Me PV has been released.
The teaser shows some parts of the PV and then shows parts of the dance shot, although it’s really short I’m just really impressed by it all. The effects and setting are a bit like Wakuteka Take a Chance with the flashing lights and futuristic theme but Help Me is the more improved version. The PV feels a bit like a late night techno party and it’s like the message they’re trying to convey says “We’re Morning Musume and we’re here to tear the place appart!” Everything has been greatly improved and the graphics don’t look poor.
The dance shot has to be the best part of the preview. Everyone is completely in sync in the clip and I have to commend whoever thought of the dance steps. It’s very eerie and gives off a sort of scary-strange feeling, but it’s good. The hand movements near the beginning looks simple since their just moving their arms but looking at them makes me think of a bunch of ghosts reaching out. Even the part where they line up behind Riho and pop their heads out from behind make me think of creatures from a different dimension popping out.
I really hope everyone can check out the clip before it’s removed because pictures won’t help anyone get a feel of how amazing the PV is so far. Up Front Staff have noted that they’re editing the dance version and it will be up on the official channel soon so if you miss the teaser you can always look forward to that instead.

The dance shot has been uploaded on the official channel.
Besides the cool dance formations that was mentioned above I like that when the song hits the chorus the city lights start going off. The effect gives an exciting rush and it matches the energy following the verses. I won’t give away too much of the dance since it’s better to check it out for yourselves, the only slight disappointment I find is for the final chorus they did something simple and just flared out. The last part is usually the most powerful and energetic part for me but the dance was just lacking a bit, though during this part Haruna was really into her movements so that stood out for me.
If you like the dance shot remember to reserve your copy and support Morning Musume, the single releases on 01/23.
